Ross Vet Website Redesign
This 12 month website redesign project, was on time and on budget; I coordinated between external agency design and development, internal IT, leadership, and internal creative and communications teams. Throughout the process, I provided feedback on design and strategy to the agency, and coordinated feedback from internal teams and leadership.
I brought on the agency partner to conduct research for the website redesign, produce content strategy, and carry out design and development of the new website. Additionally, I ensured the long-term improvement of website and user experience by negotiating continued agency support for ongoing development of new functionality and features.
After the website was completed, I continued to improve the website content strategy and information architecture through user experience testing, competitive research, and by utilizing industry best practices. In order to ensure the photography matched the refreshed design and brand positioning, I directed new photo shoots which were utilized across the website and new marketing materials and created brand-specific photography styles.
